Hey Jay,<br /><br /><br />You're right, it's more that it's not new. I think programs like TU and this Toronto Urban Fellows program are very good way to orient, train and make effective a new cohort of employees. I hope that it succeeds, no ill-will intended by that commentary.

Thanks for this, sounds like an interesting program. Was a little curious about your comment that it's not "particularly innovative" -- I'm sort of thinking, so what? Don't we want government to adopt ideas that work?
