The concept is same, provide a shared work space with a cafe feel. The specific details about implementation may be different, i.e., we can't repeat the <a href="http://hatfactory.net/" target="_blank">Hat Factory</a> or <a href="http://coworking.pbwiki.com/" target="_blank">Teh Space</a> or <a href="http://www.queenstreetcommo..." target="_blank">Queen Street Commons</a> or <a href="http://abetterplacetowork.com/" target="_blank">Workspace</a>. 
 
As <a href="http://www.billionswithzero..." target="_blank">Austin Hill</a> points out on Ning space for <a href="http://indoorplayground.nin..." target="_blank">The Indoor Playground</a> that we're also trying to put together a tried and true business plan that others can use to build their own co-working space. 
 
Will this be different? Definitely. Will the spirit of the community be in the DNA? I think so.
