The concept is same, provide a shared work space with a cafe feel. The specific details about implementation may be different, i.e., we can't repeat the Hat Factory or Teh Space or Queen Street Commons or Workspace.
As Austin Hill points out on Ning space for The Indoor Playground that we're also trying to put together a tried and true business plan that others can use to build their own co-working space.
Will this be different? Definitely. Will the spirit of the community be in the DNA? I think so.
