I think the one thing you will see is that speakers like Andre is the corporate message being re-enforced.  There is a need for some folks to hear that, but I find for myself I&amp;amp;#39;ve heard it before and I want to hear more about what is being done about things in a bit more detail, or at least how others are tackling the issues.
