I know because I went through &amp;lt;a href="&lt;a href="http://contrapunctus.net/league/photo/2003/hospital.php" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="http://contrapunctus.net/league/photo/2003/hospital.php"&gt;http://contrapunctus.net/le...&lt;/a&gt;" target="_blank"&amp;gt;almost exactly the same thing&amp;lt;/a&amp;gt; at age 30 (three years ago).&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;    	&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;I did have family history, and rarely exercised, but I thought my diet was reasonable.  Turns out I probably should have been on statins (for cholesterol) throughout my 20s.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;    	&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;Anyway, now I&amp;amp;#8217;m doing well, and I feel &amp;lt;em&amp;gt;younger&amp;lt;/em&amp;gt; at 33 than I did at 30.  Maybe because I&amp;amp;#8217;m always the youngest guy at the cardiologist.  :)  Stress tests are a pain in the neck, but I &amp;lt;strong&amp;gt;love&amp;lt;/strong&amp;gt; the beta blocker.
