I was wondering what was up as I hadn&amp;amp;#39;t seen any posts from you in a while. Definitely make whatever changes you need to make to your life to reduce the chances of this happening again while I haven&amp;amp;#39;t been in your shoes I&amp;amp;#39;ve had close rellys go thru yur situation and that&amp;amp;#39;s the main thing I learned from their experiences. Whatever you were doing before got you to the point where you had the incident so you gotta change things up to try and prevent it from happening again.
